At The Body Shop, we want you to love your nature-inspired products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unopened condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring you include the printed return slip or a note with your order number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order or via our online portal, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
